Every order is carefully prepared in our Milan atelier and shipped with a tracked courier.

  • Italy: GLS
  • International: DHL Express

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

  • Italy: €13 standard shipping; €18 express shipping.
  • European Union countries: €25.
  • Rest of the world (including the United Kingdom and the United States): €33.
  • The exact cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Timing

  • Order preparation: 24–48 working hours.
  • Delivery: delivery takes 7–10 working days to all destinations.
  • Times are indicative and may vary during holidays or due to courier delays. If you have not received your order after 15 working days, please email customer@silviagnecchi.com.

Delivery
GLS delivers Monday to Friday. If you are not at home, the courier leaves a notice and makes up to two delivery attempts. On receipt, please check that the packaging is intact and note any damage directly with the courier on the delivery document. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at customer@silviagnecchi.com, with your order number and a few photos: this helps us handle the claim with the courier. In any case, the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery still applies: you can report a defect within 2 months of discovering it and we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Duties and taxes

  • European Union: no duties; VAT is included in the price.
  • United Kingdom, United States and other non-EU countries: customs duties, import taxes and any courier fees are paid by the recipient and collected by DHL on delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority.
  • If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered (wrong address, repeated absence), shipping, return and any customs costs will be withheld; the price of the goods will be refunded.
